COVID-19

How we’re protecting all of us

The COVID-19 virus is now widespread and the best thing we can do is to try to protect ourselves and those around us. Here are some of the precautions I am taking while making house calls:

Face masks- As per CDC guidelines both parties will wear a mask unless both practitioner and patient are 2 weeks post final vaccine shot. Your health and the health of all of my patients is very important to me. For more information on CDC guidelines please visit https://www.cdc.gov.

Hand washing- As always hand washing is often and thorough and hand sanitizer will be used in order to minimize any chance of germ spread. For house calls I will need to have access to a sink with hot and cold running water.

Chairs and tables- Chairs and/or tables will be sanitized before and after each patient.

Sheets and blankets- Freshly laundered for each patient as always with no cross-contamination between fresh and soiled linens.

Appointment cancellations- If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect that you may have it, or have come into contact with someone else who has it, please cancel your appointment. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible during this time.
